Cancellation or rescheduling 

Schedule alterations including cancellations or rescheduling are at the sole discretion of Sail Rockaway. Notification of changes or cancellations by Sail Rockaway will be given to the customer as far in advance as possible. Full refunds are provided when and if Sail Rockaway cancels.

TOURS AND Private LESSONS

Cancellation or rescheduling must be initiated by the customer in writing or email. 

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the customers original reservation are eligible for a full refund. 

Cancellations within 7 days of the original reservation will receive a 50% percent refund. 

Cancellations within 3 days of the original reservation will receive no refund.

*Cancellations of rescheduled reservations (non-original reservations) will not receive a refund and will only receive credit towards future tours or lessons. Credit expires at the end of the calendar year in which the original reservation was created. 

Rescheduling within 7 days of reservation will incur a $40 fee.

Cancellation or rescheduling initiated by Sail Rockaway will allow for a full refund or the option to reschedule without fees. Any alterations in the schedule, cancellations or rescheduling is at the sole discretion of Sail Rockaway.  Notification of cancellation or rescheduling by Sail Rockaway will be given to the customer as far in advance as possible.

Cancellation or rescheduling must be initiated by the customer in writing or email. 

Cancellations initiated 30 days or more before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations initiated between 30 and 15 days before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the booking will not receive any refund.
Rescheduling within 15 days of the booking will incur a $40 rescheduling fee.
