TOURS AND LESSONS
Cancellations or rescheduling by the customer 72 hours or more before their scheduled sail will be fully honored and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations within 72 hours
of reservation will receive a 50% percent refund |
Rescheduling within 72 hours
of reservation will incur a $50 rescheduling fee |

Cancellation or rescheduling by Sail Rockaway due to severe weather is possible without loss of payment. Any alterations in the schedule are at the sole discretion of Sail Rockaway.

Notification of cancellation by Sail Rockaway will be given to the customer as far in advance as possible.

YOUTH SUMMER SAILING
|
Any cancellation made by the customer 2 weeks or more before the chosen start date is eligible for a full refund.
|
Cancellations made after
the 2 week limit will receive a 50% refund |
Rescheduling at any point for the duration of Youth Summer Sailing is an option if and only if there is an open spot in other groups. Chances are, there will be some flexibility.
