Schedule alterations including cancellations or rescheduling are at the sole discretion of Sail Rockaway. Notification of changes or cancellations by Sail Rockaway will be given to the customer as far in advance as possible. Full refunds are provided when and if Sail Rockaway cancels.
TOURS AND LESSONS
Cancellation or rescheduling must be initiated by the customer in writing or email.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the customers original reservation are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of the original reservation will receive a 50% percent refund.
Cancellations within 3 days of the original reservation will receive no refund.
Cancellations of rescheduled reservations (non-original reservations) will not receive a refund and will only receive credit towards future tours or lessons. Credit expires at the end of the calendar year in which the original reservation was created.
Rescheduling is permitted without fees when initiated 7 days or more before the reservation. Rescheduling within 7 days of reservation will incur a $40 rescheduling fee.
Cancellation or rescheduling initiated by Sail Rockaway will allow for a full refund or the option to reschedule without fees.
